Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The item must be in original condition. This means that the hair, weft, or lace has not been cut. There is no smell to the item. The item has not been used in any way. The item has not been colored or altered at all. There is a 15% restocking fee that applies to all returns. Those who frequently return items, meaning 5 times or more in one month, are charged a 20% restocking fee. Once the item is inspected, it will then be decided if the item will be accepted or returned to the buyer. If the item is accepted, then you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee. If the return is rejected, then the item will be shipped back to the buyer. Please note that everyone is charged a restock fee regardless of their reason for returning. Buyer pays for shipping when making a return.
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions;
The item must be returned in original condition. This means that the hair, weft, or lace has not been cut. The item has no smell, and has not been used or altered in any way. There is a 10% restocking fee that applies to all exchanges. A 15% restocking fee applies to all who repeatedly exchange 5 times or more in a month. Once the item is inspected, it will then be decided if it can be accepted or denied. If the item is accepted the buyer must pay the difference if the price of the other product is greater than the original order. If the exchange is less than the original order, then the buyer will recieve a partial refund. This is including restocking fees. Please note that everyone is charged a restocking fee regardless of why they are exchanging an item. Buyer pays for shipping when making an exchange.
Clearance items are buy as is and no exchange or return will be given for any reason.
